Let me start by saying these are the best gluten free pancakes - you can’t even tell they’re gluten free. Texture is good, flavor is good, and the cooked consistency is like a restaurant pancake.They are also the most high maintenance pancakes 😂 you need eggs, milk, and oil, you need to wait 10 minutes for the batter to thicken…and then it’s THICK so you have to either add more milk or cook at a super low heat to cook all the way through.

I have tried them all, as have been on a Gluten-Free diet for almost ten years now. This is the best in flavor, texture, and consistent cooking to perfection. I really enjoy this pancake mix. Makes awesome waffles too.

I keep this on had at all times. It has great flavor, amazing texture, long shelf life and decent price. My breakfasts vary between this and cheerios. I keep pre-mixed batter in the fridge to avoid having to mix up just one serving, and it works very nicely.

Bought on a whim and now it’s a must in our kitchen. My husband loves pancakes and I don’t. I stumbled upon this brand/package and now it’s always I’m my pantry. Easy to make, light but filling.

To start, I love King Arthur brand, I am a loyalist to their Gluten Free Flour Blends, that said, Kodiak GF Mix has them beat on this item. I find the KA Brand to be gummy, have a weird aftertaste (in comparison) and does not blend as well.
