Works as advertised!

It was a gift for me at first and then I have it as a gift for someone else! IT WORKS GOOD!

Doesn’t always work for me and there seems to be a strong alcohol smell and taste. I read the ingredients and saw brandy listed which sometimes upsets my stomach. But when it does work I do get a restful sleep. It works better than many of the sleep aids on the market and I will buy it again.

This is part of my routine for getting ready for sleep. Only a scientific study can ‘prove’ its effectiveness. But like most nervous system things, we can only try to do things that help. For me, the product has a unique taste and warmth that has become a night time trigger about 10 minutes before I brush my teeth etc. If it’s a placebo effect that’s fine by me. Nothing in the product is harmful otherwise, and if it helps me that’s all that matters! I also use a bronchial wellness syrup from Gaia. Feels good. Tells my system it’s time to sleep, along with media and devices off, lights down, etc. Self care is the key thing.

After a period of sleeplessness I tried this product as it had been praised greatly. It had no effect whatsoever. I felt neither relaxed, nor was I able to sleep. The following night I doubled the dose, but in vain. So, naturally, I cannot recommend it.

I think this works. I have read the ingredients and they are all conducive for sleep. Not sure why the other negative reviews. I have been using this for a year. Its all natural. Its not lunestra or any synthetic sleeping pill, it makes you ready for sleep and more importantly, for me at least, it keeps me asleep. I'm 47 and was getting tired of waking up in middle of night to us the bathroom. This product helps me sleep better and longer. I just wish it was a little cheaper.

This stuff is amazing, I get a great nights sleep and wake up rested. I definitely received this fabulous sleep aid, and no issues with dreams. If you want a good nights rest, try this!
