yup, it’s for real
I’ve been lifting since January and have been using another brand of creatine, a brand that I use for protein powder, aa, theanine, hyaluronic acid - just about everything. It’s a great brand.I didn’t even really realize bloating was an issue before I started IF. I figured it was just my meal and preworkout that was causing that heavy full feeling. Then I moved my lifting sessions to early morning so I would finish right around the time I broke my fast. I added creatine to my preworkout one morning and, sure enough, an hour later - right when I was changing before my workout- I was bloated and felt full. Started researching, found out it was the creatine causing this, read about this brand and decided to give it a try. This is my third day taking it and - no bloat or heavy full feeling. It’s so much easier to lift without feeling sluggish and weighed down.I *could* stick with my old creatine powder and take it at night, before bedtime, but for now I like the ease of taking pre-measured capsules. There’s no weird taste to mask and I can stick with the familiar routine of taking it with my preworkout.

New compound.
They switched from creatine HCL to creatine monohydrate. You now have to take twice as many pills and they're twice as big. I won't be buying this anymore. Got blood work done a week ago and my creatine levels were high so I know HCL works

No stomach irritation or bloating. However, for best results I would recommend two doses daily. I am 6 foot two and 220 pounds. I didn’t start feeling the fullness in my muscles until taking two doses daily. I had been taking one dose daily for many months, great endurance and strength gains on one dose per day, but much better pumps and muscle swelling with two doses per day.
