9 yr old doesn't like chewables/gummies - took forever to take chewables prior to getting these. This is a perfect solution, child can swallow no problems. So hard to find children's vitamins that don't have nasty artificial sweeteners, etc. Supplement with extra vitamin D3 since the FDA recommendations are way outdated/low. I've only found one children's vitamin with good D3 level, but it's a chewable (Mercola.) I might switch our other child to these as well.

My 9 year old son can take pills whole. He brings picky eating to a whole new level and is sensitive to taste and texture. I was tired of returning various products to Whole Foods. This is the perfect solution for him.

Great vitamins for the kids, other review really blast their taste.......it says right on the label....not chewable. I'm sure any non-chewable vitaminwould tast horrible if you chewed it.

Keeps kids healthy and going strong. Easy to swallow and no complaints. Plus no sugar which I love! I recommend.

There are a lot of factors to consider when trying to figure out why your child seems to always catch every cold going around. My son is 5 this year, and last year he had pneumonia twice. The years before were more or less the same. Especially in the winter, he seemed to just stay sick. This year, the weather has been record-breakingly cold, and on top of that, he started kindergarten, where he would be exposed to infinitely more germs. I anticipated the worst, and before the cold and flu season started, I bought these vitamins. My son hates the chewable vitamins and would rather take any punishment I could offer than eat one. The only difference to his diet, home, exercise level, immunization schedule, etc. was the addition of these vitamins. And this year he is a different kid. He has been so much healthier and happier, and I have missed so much less work this year. I only purchased these vitamins because I thought that, if my son didn't have to chew it, I could get it down him without the terrible taste. But I think that the quality is higher than what you would buy at the grocery story, because of the overall increase in his health. Even if another children's vitamin were offered in tablet form, I don't think I'll ever buy anything but this one. I am not a medical doctor, but my experience is that this vitamin has made a true difference in my son's health that cannot be explained by any other change.

I like these because they contain a lot of trace minerals and other things missing in a lot of kids' multivitamins. My son always hated the taste of any chewable, and it was easier to just teach him to swallow these small, oval tablets (he practiced by swallowing small, dissolvable candies). He was able to take these at age 7 or 8 and has been doing well on them for over a year.
