Attention Chronic neck pain sufferers!
After dealing with chronic neck pain for over a decade, I have tried nearly every pillow on the market. I’ve spent as much as $200 for a pillow to get relief. I was desperate and tried searching again and came across this one. I’ve only had it a short time so I can’t speak to the longevity of it, but it has been a game changer. From the first night, it made a difference and really didn’t take getting used to like other pillows have. It didn’t have a smell when I opened it, and I was able to try it the night I received it. It is supportive, yet soft support. I have slept on a pillow recommended by a chiropractor that was hard as a rock and pure misery to sleep on, so this one had me pleasantly surprised that it could be supportive and still soft. I told my mom to try it out and within seconds she said she liked it and ordered it for herself. Absolutely worth trying if you’ve been searching for the right pillow and have neck pain. The only wish I have is that there was a King size, but otherwise it’s great.

Neck/pinched nerve relief finally
I’ve had a heck of a time trying to find a pillow that helps with my neck, my back, and snoring. I prefer to be a back or slight side sleeper but gave the back sleeping up after I kept waking myself up snoring. (Mild sleep apnea). Side sleeping is my go to now but sometimes I wake up with my shoulder feeling crammed because the pillow was never the right height.I’ve tried dollar store pillows, wedge pillows, down filled, memory foam, honeycomb, all to no avail. I got this pillow in Nov 2024, tried laying on it the first night and it felt too high so I gave up and tossed it with the other pillows in the collection.Fast forward to now. Pinched nerve in my shoulder blade/spine with neck pain. Radiating intermittent numbness down my arm. Not my first rodeo with this issue. I did the normal tx and after a month, the pain was down to a dull ache but persistent. Laying down flat has been out of the question and have been sleeping sitting up. I was about to concede defeat and go back to the dr since I was still not getting full relief but spent another night searching up “pillow support and sleeping positions for pinched nerves”. And this pillow came back up.I pulled it back out and realized two things after fiddling with it — that I could remove a layer and flip it around to make it slimmer. I was able to lay down on it the first night without triggering pain or numbness. I was able to sleep several hours. Pain returned midday the next day. Night two, I slept longer and it actually gave me pain relief laying on it. The next day, there was some side neck stiffness but the area of the pinched nerve was not painful until late in the day. Lots of snap crackle and popping throughout the day. Night three, I got a full night’s rest. No neck stiffness upon waking and no numbness. Barely any pain today. My expectation is it’s progressively getting better FINALLY!! I firmly believe the pillow is helping to properly align my neck and upper back which is allowing the nerve compression to release. Now that I know how to set the pillow up properly for me, I’m super happy with it. If something ever happens to it, I will definitely get another one. It seems to be very well made and good quality so I don’t anticipate any issues but should a meteor blast take it out, I’ll not hesitate to get it again.Others mentioned a smell but there wasn’t any smell with mine. Months later and no smell issues either.

Very comfortable and supportive
This pillow is everything they say it is! I had cervical spine surgery 10 years ago and have had neck pain/discomfort waking up every morning since then. I've been sleeping on a king size latex foam pillow most of my life, which is very firm and supportive, but not specifically for my neck. I have had to do neck stretches recommended by a physical therapist on a daily basis. I'm miserable the rest of the day if I don't do them. This pillow has definitely been a game changer! Someone recommended I try a neck support pillow, so I found this one. From day one of sleeping on it, I had ZERO discomfort/pain in my neck. I sleep so soundly and comfortably, and my neck is supported so well. I like to sleep on my back as well as my side, but I would definitely suffer from a sore neck if I slept that way on my old pillow. Unlike other commenters, there was no trial period or getting used to this pillow for me at all. The added pad for your arm is a nice bonus. No more having to put my arm under my pillow for extra support. This pillow is definitely not as large as my king-sized pillow was, but that's ok. I take it with me when I travel as well. No more neck pain from awful, non-supportive hotel pillows! I have not had to wash the cover yet, as I do cover it with a regular pillowcase (see picture of green pillowcase). Since the pillowcase is larger than the pillow, I just fold the excess fabric under the pillow - no big deal. I would definitely recommend this pillow for side sleepers or those who need extra neck support. It's definitely cheaper than physical therapy!

The alignment of my head, neck, and shoulders improved my sleep
I've recently been waking up with headaches, sometimes debilitating ones. Prior to these arrivals, headaches were blissfully rare for me as I would get just one or two mild headaches a year. These new ones were bangers. I tried hydration, stretching, decongestants, and more, and nothing helped. This pillow helped. I just woke up with a short-duration mild headache instead. I knew I had chosen well last night when I laid down and my head, neck, and shoulders were in alignment. I just settled down into the pillow and the bed without feeling the need to readjust. My only reason to reduce a star is that this pillow is nobody's idea of a queen size pillow. It is a standard pillow. The size does not take away the functionality for me, but it should not be represented as a queen size pillow.
