We use the AirTags for TWO purposes: first, to track our dogs and secondly, to track our luggage.We buy these tags and insert them in a Belkin holder and attach it to our dogs' collars, so that in the event that they wander, we can try to track and locate them. Fortunately for us, we've not had to do this YET but having that ability to do so, gives us somewhat, a peace of mind. Granted, it requires nearby Bluetooth and/or Apple devices, this is something that we are willing to chance, in hopes of being able to find our furkids, in the event of them wandering.As for the luggage, it also gives us an additional tool, to track our luggage in the event of some nefarious activity at the airports. Not blaming anyone in particular, but all one needs to do is to read the news and see just how often this occurs (sadly, too often). We appreciate that this tool is available, to help us track and locate our luggage. I actually did this while at LaGuardia recently. Baggage claims stated that they could not locate my bag and I showed them the app (Where's My) on my iPhone and it showed them the location of my bag and they went back and found it. I’ve been using my Apple AirTag for a while now, and it’s been really useful. It’s super easy to set up and pairs perfectly with my iPhone. I’ve already found a couple of things I thought were lost thanks to it. The precision tracking is legit, and the battery lasts a long time. If you’re someone who loses things like me, this is a game-changer.

This Air Tag has been a lifesaver for me! I misplace my wallet all the time and do not know if it is in my car, in my bag, or somewhere in the house, so this has allowed me to know exactly where my wallet it. It is small and fits within the wallet, hidden, but gets the job done perfectly. It is easy to connect to the phone; simply place it next to the phone, and they will link up. Using it is easy when you can find it on your "Find My" app under "Items," and you will see it. When using the Air Tag, it is loud enough to hear it across the house and know where it can be found. For its price, it is very convenient, instead of having to go through the hassle of getting a new wallet, license, credit cards, and any other important information. One of the best purchases I have made this year!

I really love the concept of the AirTag. I was very frustrated in the beginning because I bought one for my cat and I did not think it was working correctly. For some reason, it does not appear to work and close proximity but when I’m very far away from her, it works great. It was easy to set up and I love the fact that there’s always great Apple support.

I've used with an airtag cat collar to track my cat since she was 6 weeks old since it was easy to lose her in my older house, and it was extremely helpful for peace of mind. Whenever I was worried she might have escaped, I could pull out my phone and check. One time she was hiding on top of an air vent and I couldn't find her until I triggered the beeping sound. It was a real life saver, and almost a year and a half later it's still going strong without a new battery. Great product!

Never thought I'd finally cave and buy an air tag because of a dang cat.But when your black cat escapes the house a week before Halloween and causes an anxiety deep within that can only be described as imminent doom, you cave. I also got cat collars specifically to house the air tag. And they work fairly well to make sure your cat is still in the home. As far as the cat getting out, that hasn't happened yet again. The air tag is not gps, so it is not a live tracker like the obsurdly expensive tracking collars, and it only works based off of the last cell phone, tower, or wifi it was able to ping off of. But it still gives me peace of mind that I can see my cat is still at home.It's been almost 9 months, and the factory installed battery is still working, but unlike all other Apple products on findmy, you can't see battery life on the tags. So I will be replacing the batteries shortly to be safe.

love it i use it on my cat because she loves going out and it's so easy to find her it was so easy to connect it to my phone and i have a 15 plus and it works immediately and not as expensive as i thought definitely will be buying another one soon

We ordered this AirTag and an AirTag matching collar for our neighbor’s dog after he disappeared for three days because of fireworks on the 4th ofJuly. These Apple AirTags are amazing, and the applicability for their usage is unlimited! We purchased the collar for their dog because my mom has one for her dog and we can even tell where she is house, if you zoom in close enough. Of course our neighbor does not have a smart phone so we will have to keep it on ours. Connecting the AirTag to the iPhone was effortless and only took a few seconds using the “Find My” app. The literature states that the battery does not have to be changed for up to a year, which is great and they are waterproof, which makes them great for this application.
