Tasty, but need to be aware of the higher salt content and preservatives. Good to have on standby when a fresh meal is not available. I wish they come up with a more health-safe option for regular consumption.

I was looking for a way to make my oatmeal savory. I was tired of the same sweet take on oatmeal. This solve my problem. I also add some protein like chicken and I has great way to boost my protein for the day. It cooks fast and if you want to reduce the masala flavor you can combine it with regular oatmeal.

So flavorful! Ideal for winter breakfast. I add frozen peas or mixed veg to cool oats for immediate enjoyment and extra nutrition. I also use 1/3 cup instead of the recommended 1/2, as these are so filling.

It tastes perfect!! Less stars because the cost is too high!

This is an easy to prepare savory oatmeal dish. I sometimes throw in frozen vegetables as there are few in the product.

Unusual, but absolutely delicious. You can add a little butter, but it's definitely not essential to the flavor. Convenient, quick, nourishing!
