This product is extremely effective for my nails which were very weak and could barely grow. They are now hard and growing healthily. Yay! However, it does not do anything for my hair.

Ok, this product does what it says. My baby hair appears stronger and thicker, and my hair length is much better. This come from two months after usage.I have given three stars as biotin does not mention on the lable that it can produce a high thyroid reading on a blood test. Might sound daft, but I ended up being prescribed a life long tablet due to this sudden increase. I think it should be mentioned

I am a male who has grown their hair out long over the past 12 months. I noticed my hair looking somewhat unhealthy and thinning. I purchased these biotin supplements after doing some research, I think they have worked for me, my hair definitely looks and feels healthier, thicker and generally better. I also noticed it makes my hair grow faster. My skin has also improved, it is a lot clearer, I'm guessing this is also down to the biotin. I would recommend these biotin supplements and also the company nutrition geeks which I have been using for other supplements for quite so time now.

This is my second order of these, product is good however I not noticed any dramatic changes in regards to hair growth, but I have noticed the strength in hair and nails.The two tablets than you take daily are very easily swallowed and thats coming from someone who can't even swallow a simple painkiller.
