I found that after taking this vitamin for 3 days, I could not sleep at all those 3 nights. Then I stopped and immediately realized it's the very high amounts of nutrients per dosage . I started sleeping again. This is a very highly recognized and recommended vitamin supplement but if you're in your senior years as I, it may not be for you.
