This massage pad with heat is amazing if you think about a massage chair would cost you above $2000. I put the pad on my office chair so that I can massage my back when I am working in the office. The experience is just outstanding. Of course, you would have to know what you are expecting. This is not a $2000 massage chair that can massage your whole body, but it does make you feel relaxed if you work longer hours at the desk like me. There are various settings to massage the neck, mid back, lower back, hip, and thigh with different intensity and heat levels. The pad made me feel very comfortable and almost fell asleep every time I used it. Be sure you know what your expectation is. If you’re looking for an affordable massage pad, I’d say this is worth considering.

Just bought ny second one! Love this product! Turns my recliner into a vibrating, heating chair! I don't like the shiatsu balls in some. This just has vibration, but you ban move it around as you need

Have used it daily for about a week so can only speak to performance but not longevity. The unit is better than any I've owned previously. The vibration gives great selectability for area and intensity, is precisely located for optimal effect and is strong enough to make a difference. The heating function gives you back, seat and both but no intensity control. The heat setting is both comfortable and effective.The unit seems to have been tailored for an more for a slimmer office-type chair rather than a larger recliner in terms of the straps that hold it to the chair. These are NOT adjustable straps but elastic. I put this on a narrower European/Scandinavian type lounge chair and barely got it on. Wider chair backs may be an issue. Longer securing straps with Velcro-style attachment would have given this 5 stars for added flexibility for all chair types.Despite the lack of flexibility in terms of attachment, this is really an awesome performer. I highly recommend this for those who are helped by vibration and heat therapy.

Just received this and I'm already loving it. Easy to install over a chair, this massager is very powerful and very easy to use.

Purchased 8/2024 and only 2 remaining buttons work. Recommend purchasing the long term warranty for this item. Heat quality is still working.

Works okay but it seems that the placement of the pads could be a little better. Also, the top pads are really loud when activated. Other than that, it does what I want it to.
