Accurate
Accurate and the long strip keeps your hands free from your testing medium. Verified accuracy with another calibrated test and they are dead on. Use to test the PH of freshwater fish tanks.

Possibly the best bang for the buck, but...
...as with most pH test trips, my main gripe is simply a lack of consistency with the printed material needed to read the results. Having been in marketing/design for nearly a decade I can understand that it's not easy to get colors perfect - when you go to a printer you often have to tweak your colors several times before you find a formula that works, even if you use standard methods to match colors... every printer and their hardware varies. That said, I think companies that make these strips have a duty to go the extra mile to ensure their printed material is near perfect since it is literally a integral part of using the product, not just for marketing. I also think they should supply users with a few different variants of the chart for reading a) in different lighting conditions (cool & warm temp lighting for example), as well as b) a couple of chart variants for the different materials one might be using the strips in. For example, urine slightly colors the result with very minor not insignificant warm tint. To make things simpler one could suggest to use the warm lighting chart for, obviously warm temp lighting, but also for urine based testing. If you're in the medical field you probably already know that many of the machine that do these tests in labs simple use these same sorts of strips but read them with sensors, and basically all they do is ask what your testing and then compensate in the way. I've never understood why no one makes this same effort on stand-alone strips - as it is so simple and virtually zero extra cost to implement. This is just an idea, but I'd loyally buy and recommend any brand of strips that went this small but important extra mile! I still give these five stars because this gripe applies to every strip I've used before, regardless of brand, and aside from these are very decent strips. They're larger than some and made of a thicker material, so that's a plus as well. Aside from that though, they're not much different than others I've tried, so I really want to see someone go this extra mile and set themselves apart with the better charting material! Please!!!

Strips are OK
These strips work ok. I'm really not sure how accurate they are as they always read about the same daily and some mornings my urine reading colors seem off color (no real match).I was disappointed to read after I received them that that they have a 90 day life span once opened.I found a doctor's review on YT for alkaline water. It was very informative about body testing.

garbage
Your product information and instruction sheets that accompany the container of ph test strips is appalling.I am astounded that your company which purports to be science based, released a product for OTC consumption that has so little and wholly incomplete explanations of product, use, interpretation and instructions, incomplete, incorrect and misleading labeling and that it is allowed to be sold in this Country. This is not a toy or souvenir but a self-administered medical test you have the responsibility of providing equal to its use.To illustrate my point I will attempt to only list the incongruities most readily apparent to me and make an appropriate comment. I trust that you will review your own work for quality and content, application and appropriateness.BOXITEM *Compare strip colors to the color chart on the bottle container onlyThis absolutely essential instruction required to obtain an accurate reading appears on the box in typeface less than 1 mm high rendering it virtually unreadable. This instruction on the box informing the user to "Compare strip colors to the color chart on the bottle only" is located below an off-color representation of the actual chart to be used for comparison that is located on the container label. The (unusable) (parenthesis mine) color charts appear on the box in several locations, on the "STORAGE AND CARE" insert on both sides and again on both sides of the other "GOT ISSUES" insert, for a total of 6. Yet the admonition to only use the color chart on the bottle container label appears only in 1 location - in less than 1mm. lettering on the box and placed surreptitiously under another useless color chart. There is no explanation of how to interpret any correlation between the color change of the test strip and the comparison chart on the bottle, or advice on what to do with the information. I find no explanation of why there are 4 test areas on a test strip and how to use visible changes of an utilized test strip with the 56 color samples of their numbered arrangement on the bottle label. This instruction of how to obtain an accurate reading does not appear anywhere on the product container itself, and only hints at the benefits of having such readings. The listing of substances and their pH provided do not include accurate or comprehensive information about the substances. For example, in your vernacular, what exactly is "pure water".Numerous other common products a consumer may be interested or required to test are omitted. In your literature, the listing of "common Household Substances" and their pH value are mostly irrelevant and incomplete for monitoring consumer health criteria, such as "battery acid", "oven cleaner" and "acid rain", "Gastric Acid", Stomach Acid" and the difference between them? What kind of "shampoo", what kind of "soap", "toothpaste", "coffee", bleach, etc. And in what dilution / concentration? No instruction for comparison of color as an analysis method appears on the product container itself. What exactly is "Quality Grade" as stated on the container label?"Record the results and take an average" For what? An average of what" Over what period of time? What is the purpose behind the seemingly arbitrary use of unnecessary capitalization of words, use of lower case letters incorrectly and incorrect or missing punctuation.Your reference to use for "Urinalysis" and "use of pH test strips" makes no reference to reason, advice of a medical professional, test period intervals, or use of resultant information borders on malpractice and fraud. Yet you are not astute enough to even provide protection for yourself and vendors with a disclaimer stating the actual limitations and warranty of merchantability of your product.I find your product unusable, and your printed inserts indecipherable. A total waste of time and money. Please arrange for the return of this product and the refund of my purchase.cc Amazon Customer Service Department
