10/10 would recommend. I stopped even trying to drink a few years back because a single glass of wine would give me the worst hangover symptoms the next day. Even following all safe drinking practices, eating food beforehand, drinking more water than alcohol, getting good sleep, etc I would still feel awful after drinking a small amount.Well my husband and I had a special occasion coming up and we wanted to have a few drinks for said occasion. I made peace with the inevitability of feeling like road kill the following day, but also decided to give this product a shot. I didn't have too much hope, but the reviews told some pretty tales so why not give it a try?Fast forward to sunset at the beach, both my husband and I take one of the Zbiotics then eat, drink water, and start slowly drinking. I continued to carefully drink water throughout the night but also had 5 hard ciders to myself (I'm a super light drinker so 2 has me dancing a jig), and my husband polished of 2 bottles of wine with only a few sips of water after ward. Both of us pleasantly trashed immensely enjoyed our evening and got a good nights sleep afterward.The next morning I woke up with apprehension and expecting the usual misery following alcohol.... but to my delight, I found non of my usual symptoms!! Not only was I able to drink my self silly, but I felt fantastic the next morning. My husband too. We don't drink often so even though this was a bit expensive we will definitely be using it every time we do! Worth every penny.Thank you Zbiotics for letting us enjoy our celebration to the fullest!

I’m very prone to hangover headaches, but zbiotics makes a big difference! When I was younger I could just drink water while drinking and be ok in the morning, but these days if I have more than 1 drink I get a headache the next day even if I drink plenty of water.Now I can have 3-4 drinks in a night (plenty since I am a lightweight who drinks once in a blue moon) and not feel terrible the next day! I still drink plenty of water while drinking and make sure to eat before drinking. I have done this about half a dozen times so far so it’s not a fluke !If you don’t drink water, eat etc I would not expect the zbiotics to make up for all of that. From my understanding Zbiotics helps with the byproducts of alcohol consumption; not with dehydration which can also cause headaches in the morning.I will say the one time I still had a headache the next day after using zbiotics I drank more than I should have and also did not drink much water. The headache was still not as bad as a typical hangover for me though and I was able to get rid of it after hydrating and having some TylenolOverall highly recommend, with the caveat that you need to understand it’s not a miracle worker. Zbiotics should be a part of a whole responsible drinking regimen including drinking water and drinking food to help prevent your hangover.

This stuff absolutely works, but it is not a cure all. Keep your expectations realistic.This product has a very specific mechanism targeting a metabolic byproduct of alcohol. Many of the feelings that contribute to a hangover are related to other things suc poor sleep quality from alcohol which is often exacerbated due to staying up late, as well as dehydration. Nights out often leave us exhausted due to physical exertion as well. This product won’t negate all of these things - just one aspect of a hangover (acetaldehyde). Don’t go to bed drunk, try not to stay out too late, and stay hydrated.This product is absolutely incredible but you can’t forget that alcohol itself is toxic and there’s so much that goes into feeling “hungover”. So don’t be disappointed if you take this product and still feel crappy the next day - you’ll still feel a little less crappy at least.

It's not a cure all by any means. You can still have gut trouble from too much alcohol (gas, indigestion, nausea). You will still get less restful sleep with too much alcohol. HOWEVER you will keep your head, so to speak, the morning after. Used it on a work trip to London where the beers flowed after every work day. I would have had to call in sick at least once if not for this product. Team mates treated me with great hospitality, which means an amount of beer I typically reserve for special occasions.As stated, it will not leave you free from all consequences of imbibing your hard drink of choice. However, you do feel human in the morning, versus being on the verge of asking God to slip you into a coma just to survive the following 12-24 hours.Will be purchased again.

This product really works. I drank this before going to a all-day music festival where I was drinking pretty much all day, and I felt great the next day. I didn't have any hangover whatsoever, and I am someone who's very prone to hangovers, and even if I don't get a bad hangover. , I do still feel at least a bit lower energy the next day, but I felt 100% at my normal baseline after a heavy day of drinking, which is very atypical for me. Usually after a day or night of drinking, I go to bed with a very fast heart rate despite adequate hydration, and I didn't notice this effect after drinking while taking this. I will never go without having this again.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Life-Changing for My Return to Drinking!After being sober for over 180 days, easing back into drinking was rough. Even one drink or a single shot would leave me feeling horrible the next day — tired, foggy, and just… off. I tried ZBiotics with low expectations, but honestly, I was blown away. It works. I’ve been able to enjoy a drink without dreading the next morning. No more being down bad all day — I can actually function and feel like myself again. Definitely a game changer for anyone who struggles with next-day effects. I’d like to also add I’ve purchased this twice now ( should’ve got 6 )

Have tried these several times now after nights of drinking and feel noticeably better than I would have without them. Only bad thing is the price.
