Tender like real noodles after boiling.However, I was disappointed that the spice packet was skimpy compared to what they used to give out a long time ago.The inadequate flavor pack had a decent flavor but I had to add salt, chicken stock/buillion, garlic, turmeric, green onions, black pepper, ginger powder and soy sauce to get the flavor improved.The price by the case is a great value compared to supermarket by the packet price.
