My father was diagnosed with stage 4 PNET cancer. He was losing a significant amoutn of weight. I wanted to find him something he can add to his diet that was not filled with sugar and unhealthy ingredients. We started buying these a few months ago and it is a hit. Along with a good diet, he has been undergoing chemo and drinking one of these every day as a mid-day snack booster between meals. He has gained 10 pounds! This is huge since he was consistently losing weight and we were happy when he was able to just maintain it. So adding some weight has made him and me very happy! He has gained his color and weight back again! Cannot recommend these enough.Taste wise he really likes strawberry and vanilla!Consistency is a regular shake, not grainy.10/10

I've ordered this product several times now and yes its exactly what it says its meant to do. It taste really good too not as expected. Delicious. Really does help with nutrition area. Thank you Kate Farms for creating this and sharing this with other to benefit from as well.

This is high quality and does what it says. I have a condition that makes it painful to chew and I was losing weight. I had one of these for breakfast yesterday and I felt nourished.DO NOT look at the color. I’m going to add chocolate milk or a natural food dye. The flavor is less chalky than others. The strawberry is subtle but not artificial. I’m glad it’s organic but pea protein looks like..

Kate Farms high protein supplement was given to me in hospital by the dietician, is dairy free, soy free, gluten free and contains 32 vitamins and minerals & 455 calories. I was unable to find in on store shelves locally so I ordered it from Amazon & it was delivered yesterday. It's an excellent meal supplement for those sensitive to lactose, soy or gluten and underweight.

Very expensive and no longer needed. Makes me sick drinking the vanilla so don't want the other 2 flavors. Unfortunately you're not able to return these products once delivered even if not opened and in original box. I bought 3 flavors and spent a lot of money for nothing.

Kate farms has helped in the health of my daughter. The veteran hospital started her on them; from nourishment she was missing. It is almost like a shake, great taste, no medicine after taste.Thank you Katiefarms.

My spouse is a nurse and was looking for high-protein and high-calorie items that would help on long and hectic work days. Spouse had heard of this brand through work and we were really excited to try it. We didn't realize that these are really intended as supplements for people who can't eat "regular" food--the container when we opened the box specifically described it as intended for consumption under the supervision of a medical professional. This was not clear to me when I initially read the listing.To me, the KATE FARMS Organic High Calorie 1.4 Sole-Source Nutrition Shake in Strawberry was a little chalky in texture and sweet in (strawberry) flavor. I would not personally pick this for everyday consumption, especially at this price point, but I understand that the texture and flavor are there because of its medical properties. It is certainly better than some hospital food I've had!
