Disappointed. The repair kit is as advertised, and gives you tons of rings of various sizes. It contains more rings, in fact, than I could use in a lifetime. But the quality and color of the silver and gold metal was so tinny and shiny that I couldn't use it to repair any jewelry I owned. And I'm talking here about sostume jewelry, no fine jewelry. If they would just make some of the silver rings matte, or the gold rings matte or dark, they wouldn't stand out so much. But the light shiny metal draws attention to itself and didn't work for me at all.

I am very pleased with these products. The rings and the lobster claw clips are bright and do not tarnish. The sizes offered are perfect for any project. The storage case keeps different sizes separated and is sturdy and well-made. The jump ring pliers are of great quality and have slip-free rubber grips. I could not be happier with these.

I bought a heavy amethyst necklace for $25 off Amazon a few months back and the lobster claw clip broke on it 2 weeks ago. I was able to replace the lobster claw and the cheap ring holding the lobster claw to the chain. I have other necklaces in the family so if anyone's breaks, I can easily fix it now. Very happy with my purchase.

I had bought this kit to start making charm necklaces. I figured because it had good reviews, the color of the metal wouldn’t wear off. I was wrong. I have worn thing necklace for probably 3 days and it’s a complete different color now. I’ve taken it off for showers. Not sure if it said it would do this in the description which is why I rated it 3 stars. I should’ve read closer into it. This is just a warning to not get these if you plan on wearing a necklace more than one time.
