Where has this been all my life? This is a lifesaver for those who cook a variety of foods and just need small quantities of ingredients at a time. I have thrown away so many partial cans of tomato paste because I only needed a tablespoon or two for a recipe. And, by the time I needed it again, the refrigerated paste had dried out or molded. This is perfect! The exact amount you need each time, and because it's in a tube, it lasts so much longer. It is my new must have staple ingredient. And, the taste is excellent. It's got a stronger, slightly sweeter taste than some of the canned products. Great for pasta sauces and soups.
